The purpose of these internal regulations is to define the rules and procedures governing the functioning of the African Confederation of Football 7 (AFC7), whose headquarters are located in Douala, Cameroon
The headquarters of AFC7 are located in Douala, Cameroon, and may be transferred to another location by decision of the Executive Committee.
The official languages of AFC7 are French and English
1. Meetings of the Executive Committee of AFC7 shall be held at least twice a year.
2. Meetings shall be convened by the President of AFC7, Jacques Martinien Bamnga, or by at least three members of the Executive Committee.
1. Decisions of the Executive Committee shall be taken by a simple majority of members present.
2. In the event of a tie, the President of AFC7 shall have a casting vote.
1. AFC7 may create commissions to study specific issues.
2. Commissions shall be composed of members appointed by the Executive Committee.
1. The financial resources of AFC7 shall come from member subscriptions, donations, and grants.
2. The Executive Committee shall be responsible for managing the finances of AFC7.
1. AFC7 shall maintain relations with its members to promote the development of football 7 in Africa.
2. Members of AFC7 shall be required to respect the statutes and regulations of AFC7.
1. These internal regulations may be amended by the Executive Committee.
2. Amendments shall be subject to approval by the General Assembly
These internal regulations shall enter into force on the date of their adoption by the Executive Committee.
These internal regulations shall take effect on the date of their adoption by the Executive Committee.
